How do I track my order?

When will my backorder arrive?
We don’t currently do any backorders, If we sold out of a specific design – you can not place an order for it.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to customers located in Florida without a vendors license. If you are located in Florida and have a vendors license, please Contact US to complete a tax exempt form.

How do I return my product?
Please contact us before you ship us anything back. You will need a Return Authorization number.
What is your return policy?
Stock Transfers:
  • All returns must be first approved by WTFOX INC DBA Stock Transfers, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (R.A.) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be within 30 days from receipt of order.
  • No credit issued without merchandise Return Authorization and merchandise receipt by WTFOX INC DBA Stock Transfers.
  • All returned freight cost is at the customer’s expense.
  • Returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
  • Refused or undelivered shipments are also subject to a 25% re-stocking fee unless the order is re-shipped within 10 business days. Secondary freight charges will apply.
  • Credits issued must be used within 12-months from the date of issue.
  • Any discrepancies with merchandise received (ie. Shortages, incorrect or damaged product, etc.) must be reported to WTFOX INC DBA Stock Transfers within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All transfers should be inspected prior to being applied on garments. WTFOX INC DBA Stock TransfersLLC is not responsible for the costs associated with any damaged or mis-printed apparel.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned.
When will my order ship?
Stock transfer orders generally shipswithin 24 hours EST Monday – Friday, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us for urgent situations.

How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
