- How do I track my order?
- Login at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Please Note: Order status & tracking information is not always updated real time, so please contact us in urgent situations.

- Login at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.
- An item is missing from my shipment.
- Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
- When will my backorder arrive?
- We don’t currently do any back orders, If we sold out of a specific design – you can not place an order for it.
If you ordered an item, and you didn't receive it because it was out of stock, we will automatically issue a refund towards your credit card.
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
- We only charge sales tax to customers located in Florida without a vendors license. If you are located in Florida and have a vendors license, please Contact US to complete a tax exempt form.
- How do I view pricing?
- Each item shows the price, if your not sure about a price of a product, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
- I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you received the wrong item, or an item was defective, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know.

- Please make sure you have a professional heat press machine that can get to 60 pounds of pressure and up to a heat of 375 Fahrenheit.

- Once you received the merchandise:
- Before pressing any of our heat transfers, please inspect them before applying them on to garments. WTFOX INC DBA Stock Transfers is not responsible for the costs associated with any damaged or mis-printed apparel.

- When will my order ship?
- Stock transfer orders generally ships within 24-48 hours EST Monday – Friday, Please contact us for urgent situations.

- How do I find products?
- Click on the search icon on the top menu, and enter a search term to find products on our site.
- How do I use a coupon?
- After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

- We started distributing heat transfers at 2008, and from 2015 we started to print our own heat transfers.

- Our offices are located in Fort Lauderdale, FL ,and we ship from New London, CT
- Do you sell T-shirts?
- Currently we only sell Heat Transfers
- What type of material can I use to print your transfers on?
- • 100% Polyester
- • 50/50 Cotton Poly blends
- • 60/40 Cotton Poly blends
- • 100% Cotton
- Are the transfers colors appear as they are shown on the website?
- There can be slight difference in the color tone between the digital version and the printed version- we are almost at 100% match.
- Can I print you hear transfers using an iron or any other machinery?
- No. Our heat transfers can only be printed on garments using a professional heat press machine that get to 375 Fahrenheit and 60 pound of pressure
- What is the minimum order?
- 10 units from 1 design.
- Can I make my own design? what is the minimum order?
- Yes! Please check our custom design pricing page
- Do you have designers ?
- Yes, we got a team of designers that are ready to help you customize any heat transfer design – free of charge!
- I can't log back into my account
- Please click the account button. Under the password, there is a button saying “Reset my password”
- You can reset your password there.
- Can I place an order for "out of stock" design?
- No. but you can register on the product page and get a notification into your email once its back to stock.
- I placed an order but I put the wrong address, what should i do?
- Please email us and put the order number in the subject line and the correct address in the body of the email.
- Can I change the address after placing an order?
- Only within 12 hours after placing the order.

- How should customers wash the garment after we apply the heat transfers, so it can last for long time?
- Cold wash, inside out, and never put it in the dryer.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We currently only ship within the USA.
In 2022 we are planning to start shipping worldwide.
- How do I know if the product fits? What are the sizes?
- Each product has it sizes shown next to the price.
- It will show the height and width of each product
- How do you ship ?
- We ship only with UPS ground.
- If you would like your order to ship UPS overnight or 2nd day air, please contact us in advance of placing your order.
- We will send you a separate invoice for the expedite shipping
- How much are the shipping cost?
- Our shipping costs are calculated based on the amount of units you order.
You will see the total once you checkout.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
- Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to adjust your order.
- We usually ship within 24 hours, so it might be too late if you don’t message us right away.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards. In addition you can also pay with SHOP pay and with Google Pay.
- We don’t accept checks, wire transfers or paypal.
- Do you have a loyalty points program ?
- We sure do! Please click the purple envelope on the bottom right of the screen to sign up to our loyalty program.
