Stock Transfers Web Site Terms of Use
This World Wide Web Site and related functions, facilities and services (the "Web Site") are operated and maintained by Stock Transfers Inc. ("Stock Transfers"). By using the Web Site, you ("User") agree to use it in strict accordance with, and to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use (the "Terms").
Access to the Web Site
Stock Transfers Inc grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Web Site for your own personal use. You may not sub-license your rights hereunder to a third party, and this license does not extend to: (a) access to the Web Site by Posting Agents; or (b) any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Web Site nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by Stock Transfers Inc. A limited exception to (b) is provided to general purpose internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that use such tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Web Site, provided they each do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent and comply with our robots.txt file.
Conditions of Access To User's Account
User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User's identification and/or password and is responsible for all use of User's accounts whether expressly authorized by User or not. User is also responsible for terminating each session by following the proper log out directions provided by Stock Transfers Inc. Stock Transfers Inc shall not be responsible for any damage arising from User's failure to comply with this section. User may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download portions of the material from the different areas of the Web Site solely for User’s internal use of this Web Site. Any other redistribution, retransmission or publication of any material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Stock Transfers Inc and/or the copyright owner. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Web Site.
SHIPPING TERMS
GENERAL:
Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.
PACKAGING:
• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted carrier.
• Our carrier will then deliver the package to you at the earliest possibility.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for the shipments to be delivered. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING COST:
Our shipping costs are fixed costs –as $8.99 to ship with USPS and $14.99 to ship with UPS. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
DELIVERY TERMS:
• Estimated delivery time 5-12 business days.
• All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5 pm.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 5 pm are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
• Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
• If an item is out of stock, the product that is out of stock will be cancelled and the refund will be made immediately for that particular product. The rest of the prodcuts that in stock will be shipped accordingly to your order.
• Our carrier will be able to deliver the item to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our carrier and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact the carrier and regarding the delivery of the shipment.
CANCELLATION:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
TRACKING NOTIFICATION:
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM:
You agree and understand that we shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
• delivery of the Product(s) at a wrong address furnished by You;
• any loss and/or damage to You due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by You;
• or any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Product(s) purchased on the Site.
• any loss or damage caused to the shipment, shall be reported, and complained to the carrier.
Refund voucher on partial shipment
Store credit refund only- If we partially ship an order to you due to limited quantity stock, we will send you a voucher to use for the missing items + an extra 15% off on top of it. For example, if you order 10 units and we only ship you 6, then we will send you a voucher for 4 units + an extra 15% on top of the total refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
We deliver the products purchased by You through our delivery partners and not by ourselves. Our Shipping is done via UPS or USPS who are our Delivery Partner or “Carrier”.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the order after the order is handed over to our carrier. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
It is imperative to note here that we shall only be responsible and liable for the shipment till the shipment is in the warehouse. As soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier and the shipment leaves the warehouse, the liability for any loss or damage caused to the shipment will be borne by the carrier.
In case the customers receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier. If in case, the customer has not received the order, whereas the status of the order indicates that it has been delivered, kindly file a claim with the carrier through with the order was supposed to be delivered.
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by UPS and USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved . We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
*Please note: The above terms for shipping and delivery are applicable to the purchases made through the Site (as defined in the Terms of Use), the mobile site and the mobile applications (on Google Play Store and Apple App Store).
Postings and Submissions
By uploading files, images, posting messages, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication (individually or collectively "Communications") to or with the Web Site, you hereby warrant and represent that you are the owner of your Communications or you have all rights necessary to upload, post, transmit and otherwise use any such Communications for your intended purpose. User hereby grants to Stock Transfers Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free license to use, copy, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, and edit your Communications solely in order to fulfil orders of products sold by us.
Stock Transfers Inc cannot review all materials posted to the Web Site by users and Stock TransfersInc is not responsible for any such materials posted by users. However, Stock Transfers Inc reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials in whole or in part, that in Stock Transfers Inc sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of this agreement or as otherwise required by law.
Proprietary Materials
This Web Site is protected by copyright pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international treaties and other copyright laws. The Web Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information of Stock Transfers inc and others (collectively "Proprietary Material"), which may include, but shall not be limited to: text, software, photos, video, graphics, images, music and sound. User agrees not to modify, publish, copy, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any Proprietary Material without proper authorization.
You represent and warrant: (i) that you own or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to use all artwork that you upload to Stock Transfers Inc website (“Your Artwork”); and (ii) that Your Artwork and your use of it here does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that you alone are responsible for Your Artwork, that you shall assume all risks and liabilities associated with Your Artwork, and that Stock Transfers Inc shall have no responsibility or liability for your Artwork.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Stock Transfers Inc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, heirs, and assigns from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) Stock Transfers Inc use of Your Artwork; (iii) your violation of any third party right; (iv) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (v) your negligence or willful misconduct.
You grant us the right to make modifications to your content as necessary and as applicable for manufacturing or platform-related purposes. The right of modification covers the technical side of the Content only and does not include modification of Content, which is protected under Intellectual Property laws, since we provide our services on “As Is” basis.
Reporting Intellectual property Infringements
We respect the intellectual property of others, and ask our Users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide the following information in writing pursuant to the DMCA (Please review these requirements with your legal counsel and see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act) (the "Notice"):
(a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
(b) a specific description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim to be infringing (if you believe that multiple works or intellectual property have been infringed at the same location, please provide a list with a specific description of all such works or other intellectual property);
(c) a specific description of where the material that you claim to be infringing is located to permit us to locate the material;
(d) your address, telephone number and email address;
(e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent or the law; and
(f) a statement by you that the information in your Notice is accurate and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
Once a proper bona fide infringement notification is received by Us, We may remove or disable access to the material infringing upon the intellectual property.
You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the aforementioned Notice requirements in writing, your Notice may not be valid and that we may ignore such incomplete or inaccurate notices without liability of any kind.
Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
User Representations
User represents warrants and covenants that User shall not upload, post or transmit to or distribute or otherwise publish through the Web Site any materials which:
restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Web Site;
are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit or indecent;
falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
constitute or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate law;
violate, plagiarize or infringe the rights of third parties including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right;
contain a virus or other harmful component;
contain any information, software or other material of a commercial nature;
contain advertising of any kind; and
constitute false or misleading indications of origins or statements of fact.
No Liability for Reliance
Stock Transfers Inc does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any third-party advice, opinion, statement or any other third party information displayed or distributed through the Web Site. User acknowledges that any reliance upon any third party opinion, advice, statement, memorandum or information shall be at User's sole risk.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stock Transfers inc and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders, and defend any action brought against them with respect to any claim, demand cause of action, debt or liability, including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent that it is based on a claim that (i) if true, would constitute a breach of any of your representations, warranties or agreements made in these Terms; or (ii) arises out of your negligence or willful misconduct in regard to your use of the Web Site or anyone accessing this Web Site using User’s account.
Insurance
User represents and warrants that User maintains such policies of comprehensive general liability, professional liability and other insurance with such coverages as may be required to insure User and its officers, directors, shareholders, managers, members, agents and employees in connection with the performance of or compliance with User's representations, warranties, promises, duties and obligations under these Terms, including, without limitation, liability, loss or damage arising by reason of acts or omissions of User, its officers, directors, shareholders, managers, members, agents or employees.
Limited Warranty
THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, CORRECTNESS OR VALIDITY OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH THE WEB SITE RESTS WITH USER. STOCK TRANSFERS INC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS OF THE WEB SITE WILL MEET USER REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE WEB SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
FURTHER, USER’S USE OF THIS WEB SITE AND ITS CONTENT IS DONE ENTIRELY AT USER’S OWN RISK. STOCK TRANSFERS INC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO USER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DAMAGES BASED ON USER’S USE OF THIS WEB SITE OR ITS CONTENT AND USER HEREBY RELEASES STOCK TRANSFERS INC AND WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS USER MAY HAVE AGAINST STOCK TRANSFERS INC FROM LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF USER’S USE OF THIS WEB SITE AND ITS CONTENT.
No Liability for Loss or Injury
Stock Transfers Inc shall not be liable for any loss or injury arising out of or caused, in whole or in part, by any negligent acts or omissions in procuring, compiling, collecting, interpreting, reporting, communicating or delivering information contained in the Web Site.

The Web Site may contain hyperlinks to web sites operated by parties other than Stock Transfers inc. Such hyperlinks are provided for reference only. Stock Transfers Inc does not control such web sites, and is not responsible for their contents. Stock Transfers Inc inclusion of hyperlinks to such web sites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such web sites or any association with their operators.
Limitations on Liability and Remedies
STOCK TRANSFERS INC IS NOT AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, INJURY OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE WEB SITE. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION, TRANSMISSION OR DELIVERY, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATIONS LINES FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF OR USE OF RECORDS, PROGRAMS OR FILES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. Termination
STOCK TRANSFERS INC may terminate User's right to access the Web Site at any time, with or without cause, in Stock Transfers Inc’ absolute discretion and without notice. The recital in this agreement of specific grounds for termination of User's right to access the Web Site shall in no manner whatsoever limit Stock Transfers inc absolute right to terminate User's access to the Web Site under this paragraph.
Right to Modify Terms
Stock Transfers inc has a right to modify these terms in any manner and at any time, with or without cause, in Stock Transfers Inc absolute discretion and without notice or liability. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting on the Web Site. Users continued use of the Web Site following any modification of these Terms shall be conclusively deemed an acceptance of any modification. User's only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with any modification made pursuant to this provision, or any policies or practices of Stock Transfers Inc in providing the Web Site, is to cease use of the Web Site.
Right to Modify Web Site
Stock Transfers Inc may at any time, without notice or liability, change or eliminate any content or feature of the Web Site, or restrict the use of any portion of the Web Site. Users only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with any service-related change or elimination is to cease use of the Web Site.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and by the federal laws of the United States, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The federal and state courts within Broward county, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, and User hereby expressly consents to such personal jurisdiction. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The failure of Stock Transfers Inc to act with respect to a breach by a User does not waive Stock Transfers Inc right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. User may not assign or transfer this Agreement or his or her rights hereunder, and any attempt to the contrary is void. Stock Transfers Inc shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond its control. User shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to User's access to and use of the Web Site. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between Stock Transfers Inc and User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements with respect to such subject matter.
