Return Policy

Returns & Exchange & Refunds 

We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you received the wrong item, or an item was defective, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know. 

You have up to 14 days after purchase to let us know about a defective product or wrong item, please contact us with your concerns here or call (954-676-1822) or email us to support@stocktransfers.org 

 

Before Purchasing

Please make sure you have a professional heat press machine that can get to 60 pounds of pressure and up to a heat of 375 Fahrenheit.

Once you received the merchandise

Before pressing any of our heat transfers, please inspect them before applying them on to garments. Stock Transfers is not responsible for the costs associated with any damaged or mis-printed apparel.

 

Refund voucher on partial shipment 

Store credit refund only

If we partially ship an order to you due to limited quantity stock, we will send you a voucher to use for the missing items + an extra 15% off on top of it. 

For example, if you order 10 units, and we only ship you 6, then we will send you a voucher for 4 units + an extra 15% on top of the total refund.

 

 

Printing issues 

Please stop printing and contact our customer service. They will be happy to guide you with the correct pressure and heat (99.9% this is will be the issue) 

If for any reason you are not capable of printing our heat transfers within 7 days of receiving them, please contact us. You will be asked to ship them back to us packed in their original form if you would like to receive a refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products under the Discontinued section cannot be returned or refunded. 

 

Returns & Fees  

- All returns must be first approved by Stock Transfers. 

- Returns are subject for 25% restocking fee

 

Shipping Information: 

Shipping Via UPS or USPS. 

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 from the moment it was placed on the site https://stocktransfers.org/

If your order on Thursday after 12PM, your order will ship out the following Monday after the weekend. 

Once your order shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. 

Make sure to provide your correct shipping address. 

We are not responsible for any lost mail once it leaves our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

International Sales

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Regulations and Restrictions:

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

*All International sales are final! We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
